Movement is our obsession.
And where better a place to move than on the Sunshine Coast.
From teaching someone to relearn the basics, through to the professional athlete, we aim to improve and develop your ability to move your body in any way you choose.
With a history of movement in rugby league, boxing, swimming, CrossFit, yoga, handstands, motor control and strength training, Olympic lifting and now gymnastics, our physiotherapist practices what he preaches. Or in this case, his movements match what he mouths.
We have the knowledge and ideal facility to get you moving again and moving better. Whether you want to garden, play with the kids, rebuild lost strength, return to sport, reduce tension, discover movements or participate more fully in life, we will work alongside you to achieve your goals.
Over a cuppa, you will have your initial consultation. Here, we will learn your movement history, current lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses, and goals. You and your physio will create a personalised plan that builds on the movements you know and develops the movements you don’t yet know.
We know your movement practice is a lifelong journey that requires thoughtful planning and dedication.
We will provide the necessary education and tools required to plan your own movement practice so you are able to move well for life.
